This business enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

Cancellation policies are as follow:

Appointment changes must made 24 hours prior your appointment time. This includes canceling, changing of services and rescheduling. 

All services that are booked are the the clients financial responsibility. If at the time of your appointment you have decided to change services for a lesser value you are still responsible to pay for the services originally booked. To avoid this please make changes to your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. This can be done through the Booksy app. 

There is a three minute grace period for tardiness. If you arrive past the allotted grace period your services will not be performed and you will be considered a no show/late cancellation and will still be charged for your scheduled services. You will then need to rebook for a later time and date. 

Upon booking you agree to these terms and conditions and understand you will be charged a cancellation fee if you have violated the policies put into place. 

Understandably things happen and come up last minute. However these are the new policies that have been put into place. 

The only acceptable way to make changes to your appointments are either by calling the studio and speaking to someone or through the Booksy app 24 hours before your appointment. Emails, messages on social media and personal text messages are not an acceptable form of communication regarding your appointment. Therefore, if contacted by any emails, messages on social media and personal text messages- you will still be charged a cancellation fee. If you cannot speak to someone on the phone (leaving a message during non business hours, weekends, ect.) you must make appointment modifications through the booksy app. This is the only way to avoid a cancellation fee.
